Bring plastic bottles, aluminum and steel cans, paper and cardboard, clean white polystyrene (often called styrofoam), and glass bottles and jars to the 24-7 drop-off center.

For polystyrene, bring only packaging pieces like you might find around new TVs or other electronics — no peanuts or food containers.

Tidy Up

Give bottles, cans and jars a rinse, keep the paper and cardboard dry and clean, and flatten cardboard boxes.

For county residents, household electronics and other hazardous household waste like cleaners and batteries can go here. Hours are 8-11 a.m. and 12-3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month.

Some materials require a fee; more information is here.

Televisions, computers and other devices can also go to eSCO Processing and Recycling Monday through Friday 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Find a list of acceptable items; some require a fee.
